This is my Criminal Law Blog, which will focus on Texas and Federal criminal law, as well as trends in criminal law and law enforcement across the country. I’ll write about how important court decisions and legislative actions are altering or abridging our substantive rights, and I’ll share my many opinions on these topics.

I may also answer some legal questions on this blog as best I can. Feel free to post questions in the comments or to email me.
